Kayla Anderson RMT

Kayla graduated from a three year college program and was registered in 2014. Kayla has an outgoing personality and easy to talk to . She loves to communicate with her patients making sure to help them with their needs and achieve their therapeutic goals . Kayla has a great passion for the practice of massage therapy and works within an evidence based model with techniques tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Kayla uses Swedish techniques as a basis for each treatment whether it be deep tissue, relaxation, pain management or rehabilitation.
Tina Corriero RMT
Prenatal, Infant Massage
Tina graduated from CCMH in 1994. The reward of helping her patients feel better physically and emotionally is the reason she became a massage therapist; “There’s nothing more satisfying than hearing “thank you” after providing a treatment, knowing that I’m sending my patient off feeling better than they did before!”
Tina uses a “whole person” approach when treating her patients, noting the importance of the mind-body connection and the body’s role in holding trauma. She enjoys coaching her patients through their daily life struggles, while also providing them with a physical release through massage, typically using a medium-deep pressure in her treatments. She also incorporates a number of additional modalities in her practice, including: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive stretching, lymphatic drainage, aroma therapy, and raindrop therapy. She is also trained in providing infant massage, although she enjoys working with patients of any age!
When she’s not working, Tina enjoys renovating her century home,
gardening, and hiking.

Sheryl is a dedicated RMT and a proud member of the RMTAO. She is a graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and She also graduate Diplomatic Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She carries a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Philippines.
With careful listening and thoughtful communication, she emphasizes the significance of being present and tuning in to every client. She is experienced in working with various injuries and postural imbalances, firmly believing in the incredible benefits of massage and osteopathic manual practitioner. Beyond her professional life, Sheryl finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful children. In her spare moments, she indulges in her passion for singing and finds solace in listening to praise songs, a practice that soothes both her body and soul.

Mercedes graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2016. She is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, and trigger point relief. Mercedes uses a style blended of therapeutic and relaxation with variable pressure based on each patients individual needs and goals for treatment. She is a very versatile therapist working with patients of all ages and conditions.
After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in 2005, Lauren has continued to take advanced technique courses to further her knowledge and skill set. She is committed to assisting her patients in restoring and maintaining optimal health and pain-free function of their bodies.

Sandra is a long time “Fascia-nista” of the human body and has spent many years in Yoga trainings, movement for trauma, chronic pain,functional movement and she was searching for a way to meld all of these experiences into a career to help bring the message that the human body has an innate desire to return to balance, pain and dysfunction are often just a symptom .A career as a Registered Massage Therapist seemed to be the answer, so she is a new graduate of massage school with honors RMT. who is looking to help patients realize their goals, freedom of mobility, reduce stress and pain, better integration of body and mind.
Sandra uses a variety of skills, cupping, fascial integration, joint mobilization, muscle energy, deep tissue, and general relaxation, always keeping a therapeutic mindset to meet the client where they are at, that treatment, that day.

Caleigh graduated with honours from the Centennial College Massage Therapy program. She has a treatment approach that incorporates Swedish techniques that will cater to each patients needs. Full body restorative relaxation massage which decreases the day to day stress response in our tissues and increases whole body health, Trigger Point relief therapy, injury rehabilitation, passive stretching which improves flexibility, increases Range of motion and circulation. Treatment aims are also specific to decreasing general pain and aiding to improve wellness of patients through treatment and remedial exercise.
Caleigh has a background in strength training and is very passionate about educating patients on how to reach their goals through the use of remedial exercise and lengthening techniques to help correct underlying postural imbalances that may be contributing to their discomfort and pain. She loves adapting to new challenges and enjoys a whole body holistic approach to healing and life.
Trisha Joy (TJ) Lizardo RMT
Deep Tissue, Cupping Therapy, IASTM, Kinesiology Taping
TJ graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in 2012 and has been in good standing with the CMTO since 2013. With 9 years of experience working in a variety of settings, her practice has always revolved around patient focused care. Her treatments consist of Swedish techniques accompanied by different modalities and tools to best meet her patients’ goals. The use of a combination of relaxation and rehabilitation methods during treatment leave patients with knowing they have received a tailored session. TJ thrives in an environment where pain management, rehabilitation, or deep tissue treatments are needed.
Omar Lunan RMT
Omar Lunan is a 2006 graduate of Centennial College with an Advanced Ontario College Diploma in Massage Therapy. In 2020, Omar graduated from Ontario Tech University with a BA in Educational Studies and Digital Technology. In addition to sixteen years of experience as a RMT, Omar has instructed for 10 years in various roles at Durham College, Centennial College, the London School of Dance in Scarborough, and the Royal Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. He has also created and facilitated courses for RMTs accredited through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Following 16 years of clinical experience as a Registered Physiotherapist in India, Animesh graduated from the Massage Therapy program at the Royal College of Massage Therapy in North York, ON.
Filled with the passion to change lives, he sought a career as a massage therapist to help his patients enhance and restore their physical wellbeing. Using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and depth of pressure he customizes each treatment to suit his patients’ individual needs.
Rachel Lynde RMT

Rachel graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2017. She is trained in traditional Swedish massage, using various techniques to relieve trigger point pain, muscle tension, and bring relaxation during your treatment while helping her patients reach their treatment goals. Rachel ensures that each treatment she provides is custom tailored for each patient varying her depth of pressure and specific focus to accommodate each patients individual needs.

Marlon McCleary RMT

Marlon graduated from the Sutherland Chan Institute in 2015. Marlon felt drawn to helping people heal, which led him to develop his skills and knowledge in massage therapy. He also loved the idea of a career which promotes independence and autonomy and practicing massage at Whitby Massage Therapy & Wellness has been a great place for Marlon to foster those values.
Marlon’s approach to treatment is versatile and adaptable to his patient’s needs, whether that’s relaxation, sports-related, deep tissue, etc. He believes that massage should never be painful, but a perfect mix of some discomfort and feeling very relaxed. His goal is always for his patients to leave their treatments feeling better than when they arrived. He incorporates several different modalities into his practice, such as: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping therapy (stationary and with movement), pre-post-natal, passive stretching, and Indie head massage.

Vanessa graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2014. As a former personal trainer for 9 years, Vanessa transitioned into the practice of massage therapy because she had a desire to help her clients who were experiencing soreness and injuries.
Vanessa works with patients ages 13+ using a variety of modalities, including: trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and passive stretching. She typically uses a medium to deep pressure in her treatments, offering her patients a relaxing experience while providing pain relief.
Martez has been in practice for over 24 years using an integrative and holistic approach. Her massage is a slow and gentle, using energy instead of force to calm and unwind the central nervous system's fight and flight response. This approach allows for deeper massage work to be done easily, while minimizing the body's pain/stress response. Clients leave feeling with a renewed mind, relaxed body and restored spirit.
Nicole Shaw RMT

Nicole’s practice in massage therapy comes from her own curiosity in self care and the management of daily stresses. She believes in a compassionate approach to treating patients that also empowers the maintenance of their own self care. She has experience in different environments, exploring multiple approaches to holistic healing. Her personal practice and her involvement in her yogic community constantly pushes her to grow, learn, and stay humble in her work. She is able to approach any treatment with intuitive hands but also a clinical understanding of the patients individual needs.

Deborah Hackett-Jones

Deborah has 20 years of experience as a Integrative Energy Therapist with many modalities. Her passion is to help others reconnect with their inner self. During the birth of her first child, she was in a coma for 2 weeks and crossed over to the other side. This experience gave her a clearer understanding of her purpose and path in this life. She is also a two-time cancer survivor with a lust for life.
Our life-force can be affected by underlying stress, grief, adrenal fatigue and environmental toxins. She focuses on clearing the energy paths within us to allow our bodies to work at its full potential. When our energies flow, our vibrations rise optimizing internal body function, grounding and healing and leaves us with a greater sense of being centered. She has worked with mentors in all areas of her practice and her native roots. Sheila has been a Zen Shiatsu Therapist since 1996 and registered acupuncturist since 2020. Post graduate studies have included cosmetic acupuncture, electroacupuncture and Daoist Stone Medicine. Sheila believes in a gentle, compassionate approach to encouraging your body’s own innate healing response.
Sheila’s studies have included Shamanism, One Brain, Brain Gym, Myofascial Release therapy, Reiki and crafting soaps and creams from scratch scenting them with essential oils. She enjoys gardening, walking with her dogs, and reading.
Sheila believes strongly in supporting her clients and helping them co-create health, harmony, balance for themselves.
As a graduate of Footsteps Reflexology - Jennifer was taught by U.K trained practitioners, allowing her to learn, grow, and build on her skillset using traditional practices. Jennifer is committed to providing alternative holistic forms of treatment for those with health and healing goals. Her technique is very thorough and is adapted to each client’s needs, whether it be to support deep relaxation, mental health, chronic pain, or illness. She continues to advance her skills with ongoing professional development so she can implement new techniques into her practice.
