We have a wonderful group of energetic, deeply caring, and professional registered massage therapists who are extremely capable working with clients of all ages and stages of life and wellness. Their experience and extra training allows for a versatile approach providing; treatment oriented, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy massage, full body restorative relaxation massage. Here below is a brief description of each therapist's unique approach to massage as well as extra training and techniques provided.  Our dedicated  team approach is always client centred,  so no matter which therapist you book with, your care will be seamless. Kayla graduated from a three year college program and was registered in 2014. Kayla has an outgoing personality and easy to talk to . She loves to communicate with her patients making sure to help them with their needs and achieve their therapeutic goals . Kayla has a great passion for the practice of massage therapy and works within an evidence based model with techniques tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Kayla uses Swedish techniques as a basis for each treatment whether it be deep tissue, relaxation, pain management or rehabilitation.

Michelle is a Registered Massage Therapist who was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario and has been practicing massage therapy since 2014. She is very passionate about helping others get started on their individual healing journey. Michelle is confident and ambitious in her practice. She has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and knows how to help her patients manage both acute injury and chronic pain. Personally Michelle has been actively competing in Muay Thai/ kickboxing for 7 years. She is very passionate about living a very healthy and active lifestyle and is eager to share her knowledge and professional skills with her Patients.

Cheri graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2005. Cheri is extremely adept at working with clients who need intense specific treatments or those who are looking for calm and deeply relaxing full body massage. She is currently enrolled as a student to get her Acupuncture Certification and has formal training in Passive Stretch Massage, Contemporary Cupping, Advanced Cupping, Reiki Level 2, Therapeutic Ultrasound & Electrotherapy, Student of OrthoBionomy, and most recently Hotstone Massage.

Christine has been part of our clinic for over 27 years and maintains a very busy practice due to her vast experience and her vibrant, fun spirit. Christine is a therapist known for her firm and expert touch and a style reminiscent of a European approach in terms of depth and vigorousness. Christine is always happy to except new clients when her schedule allows.

Mercedes is a recent graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College. Mercedes is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, trigger point relief and rhythmic joint mobilization to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Mercedes uses a style blended of therapeutic and relaxation with variable pressure based on each patients individual needs and goals for treatment. She is a very versatile therapist working with patients of all ages and conditions.

Infant Massage Instructor, Reiki level II


Gina graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming in 2000. Her passion for Massage Therapy and the power of touch lead her down the path of rehabilitation. She focused years of her practice working with patients recovering from complex orthopedic conditions and motor vehicle accidents, allowing her to expand her knowledge and experience in rehabilitating patients from initial injury to full recovery. Gina's passion for the human body and study of disease has led her on a life long committment to learning from the various mentors and Doctors along the way. With deep respect and compassion she believes that the massage therapy profession has endless learning opportunities that allow us to treat each of our patients with a more whole body, mindful approach. Whether you are coming in for rehabilitation or pampering yourself with the gift of relaxation, her approach will keep and open mind and draw from the skills and knowledge that best serve each of her individual patients needs.

Adia has been practicing massage therapy since 2007.  She uses a variety of techniques including swedish, cupping, myofascial and instrument assisted soft tissue release to help her clients a achieve a pain free state. She specializes in the management of headaches and migraines. Adia is also a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association, and has been fortunate enough to work with many athletes at all levels.

Pierre graduated from Sutherland-Chan of Massage Therapy in 2017. In addition to his recently acquired designation, he brings a combined 20 years of experience working both as an energy worker and a Certified Aromatherapist. Having worked on various presentations and conditions, Pierre is a versatile therapist. During a treatment he may incorporate a combination of techniques including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization and Dynamic Release to name a few. He approaches treatment intuitively, while ensuring that each treatment he provides is clinically-based and custom tailored for each patient’s goals and needs.

Omar Lunan RMT   email


Omar Lunan is a 2006 graduate of Centennial College with an Advanced Ontario College Diploma in Massage Therapy. In addition to ten years of experience as a RMT, Omar has instructed for 8 years in various roles at Centennial College, the London School of Dance in Scarborough, and the Royal Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. He has also created and facilitates courses for RMTs accredited through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Currently, Omar is pursuing a Teacher of Adults Certificate and Bachelor degree in Adult Education.

Rachel is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Rachel is trained in traditional Swedish massage, using various techniques to relieve trigger point pain, muscle tension, and bring relaxation during your treatment while helping her patients reach their treatment goals. She ensures that each treatment she provides is custom tailored for each patient varying her depth of pressure and specific focus to accommodate each patients individual needs.

Candace graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2016.  Her strengths lie in providing treatments that support the return to pain-free movement, optimum health, as well as offering relaxation to help manage the stresses of everyday life. Her passion for assisting the body to heal will ensure that her treatments will offer both a relaxation and clinical -based focus as she works towards achieving her patient’s goals. Candace’s soothing touch helps patients feel relaxed and reassured as they reach personal goals together. Her diverse skill-set includes relaxation focus massage, rehabilitation and recovery, as well as a maintenance approach, depending on each individual patient’s goals.

Jennifer is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College. Don't let the "New Graduate" status fool you as she combines her training in traditional Swedish massage with her 10 years of experience providing Therapeutic Touch and Reiki to offer an intuitive, yet clinical-based, therapeutic treatment. Jenn uses a holistic approach to help your body facilitate its own natural healing abilities. Her treatments are adapted to each individual patients needs, whether that be relaxation, deep tissue work, or a combination of both. We are very excited to have Jenn as part of our unique New Graduate mentorship program offered at the Whitby Massage Clinic.

Martez has been in practice for over 24 years using an integrative and holistic approach. Her massage is a slow and gentle, using energy instead of force to calm and unwind the central nervous system's fight and flight response. This approach allows for deeper massage work to be done easily, while minimizing the body's pain/stress response. Clients leave feeling with a renewed mind, relaxed body and restored spirit.

Registered Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Mindfulness Meditation Specialist


Donna  is a certified Foot Reflexology Therapist, member of the Reflexology Association of Canada, a Reiki Master with Intuitive Teachings, Registered Reiki Practitioner and member of the Canadian Reiki Association.  Donna is also a certified Applied Mindfulness Meditation Specialist (U of T) and has studied energy work for body/mind well-being since 2013.Donna’s has a compassionate approach and likes to work with every client one-on-one to help them achieve their treatment goals.  As a Reflexologist, she uses thumb, finger and hand pressure on the whole foot, followed by a soothing foot massage to reduce tension, improve circulation and promote lymphatic drainage. Reflexology brings the body into a state of complete rest, repair and relaxation. Along with Reiki treatments, Donna can incorporate energy modalities such as chakra assessment and balancing, energy medicine, breath work, gentle sound energetics, mindfulness practices and guided imagery to help clients reduce overall stress, achieve positive energy flow and experience overall relaxation.

Cara became a Certified, Registered  Reflexologist with the  Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC)  in 2007. Cara has been told by clients she has "healing hands" and has a way of making you feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease. Cara says most of her clients fall asleep during the treatment and clients also claim to feel so refreshed after a treatment like they are walking on air. With eight years experience Cara is very good at understanding and evaluating your individual needs. She  has she has worked with so many different client needs including seniors, cancer patients, pregnant women, diabetics, runners, migraine sufferers, digestive issues and children. Cara  says  her clients report that a one-hour session can be as relaxing as a one week vacation, and a lot less expensive.  Cara especially likes working with skeptics, “because they always walk out believers.”

Dr. Peters’ desire to explore wellness and help others started early in her life. She completed her pre-medical studies at McMaster University by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences. Further, she pursued her medical studies in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic and is now a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor.

        As a two-time winner of Best Naturopath for Ajax/Pickering Reader’s Choice Award, Dr. Peters has been practicing in the Durham Region for over 10 years. She provides an exceptionally welcoming and caring environment for patients to achieve optimal health on all levels (physically, mentally, and spiritually). Services include, but are not limited to, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and more. Dr. Peters has successfully treated a variety of health conditions, including anxiety, depression, digestive issues, women’s health, and weight management.
