Important things to note about direct billing:
We cannot always guarantee that your claim will go through. If we are unable to submit your claim:
1. You will be required to pay in full for your appointment
2. We will electronically submit your claim once the portal is back up and running
3. We will instruct your insurance company to send the payment directly to you)
Every insurance policy is different. Due to confidentiality, insurance companies will not share information with us about your specific coverage.
In MOST cases, we are only able to submit to your primary insurance coverage. There are 2 exceptions to this.
1. Your secondary insurance coverage is through Green Shield Canada.
2. Both your Primary AND Secondary coverage are with Canada Life (formerly GWL)
